Clannz

Code of Conduct

Last updated 12 August 2026

Clannz is a place for clans, sports teams, hobby groups, and friends to organise and grow together. To keep it that way, every member agrees to follow these rules.

1. Be respectful

Treat every member with respect. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks.

2. No hate or discrimination

Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.

3. No threats or violence

Threats of violence, incitement, or content glorifying real-world harm will be removed and may result in a ban.

4. No sexual or exploitative content

Sexually explicit content, content sexualising minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited and reported where required by law.

5. No spam or scams

No bulk messaging, repetitive promotion, phishing, financial scams, or impersonation of other people or organisations.

6. No illegal activity

Don't post or coordinate anything that breaks the law - including drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or copyrighted content you don't have rights to.

7. Respect privacy

Don't share other people's personal information (addresses, phone numbers, private photos) without their consent.

8. Protect minors

Clannz is intended for users 13 and over. Don't target, exploit, or share content harmful to minors.

9. Follow your clan's rules

Each clan can set its own additional guidelines. Admins may remove members who break clan-specific rules.

10. Report what you see

If you see something that breaks these rules, use the in-app report button on the post, comment, message, or member. Reports are reviewed by clan admins and the Clannz team.

Enforcement

Breaking these rules can lead to your content being hidden, your account being muted or suspended, or in serious cases a permanent ban from Clannz. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
