By accessing and using Clannz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Clannz for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Clannz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.

7. Community Guidelines

Clannz is a community-based platform. We expect all users to treat each other with respect and dignity. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination. Our Code of Conduct sets out the rules in full.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Clannz are provided on an "as is" basis. Clannz makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Clannz or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Clannz, even if Clannz or a Clannz authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Modifications

Clannz may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clannz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
